With a strong sales background, Alex has been involved in over 20 high-value projects nationwide. His personal transactions exceeded a bilion euros in 2023 alone. Currently, Alex is involved in several high-end residential projects in Bucharest.

CO-FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
As Creative Director and Co-Founder of Monarc Development, Nicoleta has a powerful business background. In 2011, she co-founded ANG LUXURY, which became the market leader in the luxury real estate market.
Her passion for high-end jewellery generated another project in the luxury market: in 2023, she founded the NESTELLI brand. With a powerful entrepreneurial background, she developed the NOAM exclusive brand, which is one of the most significant players in the interior design market.

Sorin Raia is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur, inventor, and strategic dealmaker with extensive experience in partnerships, innovation, and investment development.
Combining creativity with execution, he specializes in identifying opportunities, building high-value collaborations, and transforming ambitious concepts into scalable ventures through strategic alliances, business development, and long-term value creation.

As Managing Partner of Trend Hospitality, he has been involved in numerous hotel and mixed-use projects across the region, contributing to market positioning strategies, investment assessments, and long-term value creation initiatives.
His extensive experience in hospitality market analysis, investment structuring, and asset development supports Monarc Development’s vision of delivering one of Romania’s most significant branded residences and hospitality projects, setting new standards for the local market.

With more than 25 years of international experience in finance, corporate strategy, and operational leadership, Cora Stolz brings extensive expertise in financial structuring, performance optimization, and long-term value creation.
Throughout her career, she has held executive and board-level positions across industries including real estate, hospitality, retail, and energy, leading complex financial transformations, strategic financing processes, and business growth initiatives in both the United States and Romania.
Her expertise supports the development of sustainable business models, investment readiness, and effective capital allocation. Within Monarc Development, she provides strategic guidance on financial planning, investment structuring, and the long-term economic sustainability of large-scale hospitality and real estate developments, contributing to the successful delivery of projects such as Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences Mamaia.

Gabriel Alexandru
CFO
After completing his master's degree in macroeconomics at ASE, Gabriel began his career in the financial sector, pursuing his passion for stock brokerage activities. He successfully combined teaching at ASE with leadership roles in brokerage firms and financial institutions. Since 2006, he expanded his expertise into the real estate sector, managing an international master franchise.
In 2020, Gabriel shifted his focus to real estate development projects, concentrating on branded residences and the hospitality sector. Additionally, Gabriel leads an autonomous fintech business specializing in software robots that provide business intelligence solutions for the financial-banking sector.
