With a strong sales background, Alex has been involved in over 20 high-value projects nationwide. His personal transactions exceeded a bilion euros in 2023 alone. Currently, Alex is involved in several high-end residential projects in Bucharest.

Nicoleta Manea

CO-CEO & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

As Creative Director and CO-CEO of Monarc Properties, Nicoleta has a powerful business background. In 2011, she co-founded ANG LUXURY, which became the market leader in the luxury real estate market.

Her passion for high-end jewellery generated another project in the luxury market: in 2023, she founded the NESTELLI brand. With a powerful entrepreneurial background, she developed the NOAM exclusive brand, which is one of the most significant players in the interior design market.

Alex has extensive construction management and contracting experience for over 15 years. He was involved in 34 construction projects, ranging from residential to commercial and industrial projects. From 2008 he founded City Construct Group, one of the most appreciated construction company. As General Contractor, he delivered over one million of square meters of complex projects.

Gabriel Alexandru

CFO

After completing his master's degree in macroeconomics at ASE, Gabriel began his career in the financial sector, pursuing his passion for stock brokerage activities. He successfully combined teaching at ASE with leadership roles in brokerage firms and financial institutions. Since 2006, he expanded his expertise into the real estate sector, managing an international master franchise.

In 2020, Gabriel shifted his focus to real estate development projects, concentrating on branded residences and the hospitality sector. Additionally, Gabriel leads an autonomous fintech business specializing in software robots that provide business intelligence solutions for the financial-banking sector.

Andreea has had the opportunity to work on high-value and large-scale projects, demonstrating her management and strategic skills within complex initiatives. This exposure to major projects has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the dynamics of the real estate market and the operational requirements necessary to ensure project success.

With over 23 years of experience in hospitality, Mircea Draghici brings expertise in hotel operations, consulting, and government-level engagement. He held positions at the Ministry of Tourism and the National Association of Travel Agencies.
