The hotel will have 340 rooms, over 100 of which will be branded residences.
The two groups have signed a letter of intent to manage a Radisson hotel in Mamaia, Constanta. The letter of intent is a formal step towards the final contract with the Radisson hotel group.
The project will also include a conference center, spa, fitness room, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, as well as international chain restaurants.
